This town assigns people into "families". You are the child of my family. I am the mother. There are these creatures called drones, specified in that pamphlet, they will act as if you've been here your whole life and they'll ask how's your mother, Lust doing. Things like that.
Also, I've befriended a majority of them and told them to keep an eye on you. Getting into trouble here is pointless, and it won't end well. [ aka she will shank some motherfuckers if you get yourself in deep shit AGAIN ]
